That's good. Just get any supporting paperwork from your GP or hospital and have it ready. Then just know you've done your best and try and put it out of your mind or the stress will make your illness worse. It's disgusting that they make us jump through these hoops. Many can't cope with it and give up which is what I think they want, stay strong and remember that the success rates at appeals is very high! 👍

thankyou I try not to i got my Medcial record a reaction one shall I take that and my hospital appointment.

Yes, I would take any info that shows evidence of your illness and a list of how the symptoms affect your day to day life and how it limits you. I don't know enough about it as to wether you can send this in prior to the appeal. Basically make it as easy as possible for them to find in your favour.

Hopefully there is somone on here who's been through one and can help you more.

I think a letter from him to take to the TRibunal would be excellent. Some are happy for you to even draft the letter for them and they may adjust it a bit and top n tail it for you. In fact I think that's a really good thing to try and get!

Yeah I got a letter from him so I'm definitely going to take that hopefully it goes well.

Yep I reckon so, you would think that a letter from a qualified GP or hospital doctor would be enough and not make an ill person to go through this stress.
