Yes it has little round circles and one is darker on each section and his words at each section says like she does need help to get in and out of bath etc etc

Hey Vonni, I did exactly the same as you. I phoned up for my assessment report. I didn't have a f2f, so I was eager to read it. It came today, and I asked about it on Friday.

Hi I got dots on my copy at the back by the looks of it I got 10 for mobility and 9 for living so may be I'm gonna get benefits then says review in 2 years do not sure

Hi there I got a text message saying that they have recieved my written report and that they will ne in touch within 6 weeks. Is that standard? Does it take the full 6 weeks to hear about the award? Did you ask for your report before of after you recieved your award? Sorry for all the questions🙈

No mine been 2weeks today so still waiting for brown envelope to drop through door i let you know when i get it regards
