I have never had this before. I have fibromyalgia and RA seronegative OA and various others. I can't touch my skin on wrist/ arm as it feels like I've been scalded which I haven't it's also one side of my face. Also palms of hands on fire so hot I have had them in fridge to try and cool them down as they are so painfully hot I have had this on my hands and feet previously but a long time ago. Rhuemy insisted I am in remission so stopped meds. Does anyone else get this ? Its driving me mad.

This is symptoms of pressure on a nerve. Muscles can do all sorts of things and apply pressure on a nerve. A chiropractor may be helpful to remove the problem. Other things need to be done to ensure that the problem does not return. This would involve seeking help to change the way you are using your muscles.
