ESA assessment

Hi I'm new here today I had a ESA assessment on Friday I had a terrible day was talked to very badly and I'm so dreading my answer as I know I've failed they way she was talking I also have mental health issues

Welcome Please ask for a review if the assessment was too stressful and the report seems not to read about you!If all your conditions were covered by assessor then that should put you in the support part of ESA. Your GP should be contacted if you ticked yes to DWP access to your GP record. Take heart these assessors can get things right even if they seem negative on the day. Sadly they can get things wrong so keep an open mind till you get notification. Please update forum regardless of answer we are here to support either way.

It really is hard to say how an assessment went until you get the decision. You can phone up for the assessors report around a week after your assessment. This will help you if you need to ask for a reconsideration, if you get awarded it will say how long they recommend. Good luck.
