Hi lass π€great to hear from you thanks for your reply π€π
I only know from typing free videos of Qigong that you get short videos but I did notice they had adverts under it for CD sets to purchase. I just always use the free ones. Maybe if you type it into you tube an go into the url address of the website it might bring you to a purchase link? I hooe you get sorted let me know okay an I hope you find it as beneficial as I do. It's kept me going the last year an others I recommend it too. Wishing you a happy wonderful week and sending you soft comforting healing hugs with comfort and light dear friend π€πππ
Thanks for getting back to me Keepstrong I really appreciate it, I don't think I would be able to stand any do it at least not at the beginning. I had a bad fall recently and I have broken a bone in my foot. I will ask my son to try and get it on you tube on the TV. I'll let you know how I get on. Thanks again for the the link
I know only to well how sore and frightening that is when you have a fall. I'm so sorry for you and I wish you a amazing fast recovery. There is also chair exercises on that link too. Or you can just type in chair exercises in YouTube to help you. I do have to do the chair ones on my bad ballance days. But it dose help. I hope you will soon be feeling better dear friend an please feel free to contact me here by private message anytime. Big soft very gentle healing hugs sent your way. Be well and keep strong, hugs. Ce. ππ€π€π
Hi there π€π it's so gentle that even dick van dike was on a talk show last year highly recommended it that he too dose it an he was 92 an he knows older people doing it in classes. I have been doing it 6 months an the way I look at it is ify mobility is as bad as it is then it be much worse if I was not doing it. I should really be using a wheelchair the last 4 years but I keep fighting not to be in one any occupational therapist was to come last week with the wheelchair fited for me an she had to cancel an toe that's a sign to just keep going an doing this workout to keep me mobile even as wobbly as I am πππππ I so hope you too find it helpful. Just type in the name of it in YouTube but put free videos first otherwise you be getting purchases videos. I wish you a amazing week an hope you enjoy your new lifestyle sending big soft healing hugs with comfort and light π€π€π€π
So glad your enjoying your Tai Chi, this Qigong is even more simpler and easier to use and has even more positive results just like Tai chi only a perso6os not sore after it. Maybe you could share the information to your instructor so they can introduce it to the class? I do a research every few months on YouTube to see if there has been anymore of these videos uploaded for free an there is always one or 2. The actual purchase are expensive but worth it but they do shorter vireshion like the one I shared for free. I so hope this helps you as much as it has so many an myself too. Sending out vibes of healing hugs with comfort and light light very softly. Be well and keep strong π€πͺπ
Hi there. π€ This is just brilliant as it's even slower and more jentle than Tia Chi and. An the slower the movement the better it strengthen up the muscles a'd tones the to, this also reduces inflammatory factors too. I hope you enjoy it π€π€π€π€π
