Is there any good advice on what to use for pain relief,i take tapentodol 200mg per day was on 300mg but i have had my teeth coming out as a result in taking these so being weened off them also use fenbid 10% gel but nothing i take or use doesnt work,so tired as a result not sleeping as im in to much pain,any help would be so much appreciated.thankyou everyone,paul.

I'm sorry you are having a hard time at the moment. It can be difficult for people to recommend any medication because it can work differently for different people.

I do find my tens machine sometimes helps, depending on what pain I'm in and where too. Also hot water bottle, heat or ice packs on or around the affected area.

I also have a v shaped pillow for in bed. I could not live without it now. It helps me get semi comfortable at night.
