PiP MR, appeal and new application form

Hi everyone, so after I received my pip MR in July DWP doesn't change his decision, in October my health is getting worse and I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, i was called DWP to tell them about my circumstances and I was sent some prove to DWP , and after i had a appeal on ligne i was put the raison for my late appeal and my appeal was logged I received the from the tribunal, the tribunal said they're waiting for DWP by 23 December to respond them, but DWP send to me another pip application form, I'm very confuse I do no what can I do? I must to wait for the tribunal or i feel again that form? Please I need help. Thanks

Hi put in as much evidence to the tribunal as possible , as letter explaining how you are on a daily basis and what help you need with regard to the descriptors , by someone who knows you best. Any go letters , consultant letters etc. I had same scenario and eventually the dip awarded me my pip if I didn’t let it go to tribunal, which I accepted and it was backdated too . Hello, please remember that the tribunal hearing is dealing with your original PIP desion and will not be interested in your most recent or current health issues. When talking at the tribunal online or in person focus on the descriptiors that affect you the most giving examples of why you can't do, preform the descriptior. being talked about safley, repeatably and in a timely manner each time you try or attempt them. As Ajay said get the tribunal over first and if unsuccessful put in your change of circumstances.
