Fenbid

I ended up taking naproxen and painkillers fenbid - managed without codeine, just. My wrist joined in for the last 36 hrs then all resolved. Last week for no reason both my shoulder socket joints felt like they were on fire. Could barely move either arm at all.

OK so kept going back and forth to docs re painkillers... nothing is really working so far have tried: naproxen, cocodamol, ibuprofen 400mg x2, tramadol, diclofenic patches, fenbid gel, various heat patches etc. Being in pain 24/7 and not being able to sleep is just soul destroying.

was in need of some help trying to understand what the hell was going off,anyway,16 months later I had a call from my gp saying is everything OK,where the bloody hell had he been for nearly 16 months,I have requested two medications, bear in mind I suffered internal bleeds,and alcoholism, so I had fenbid

Hi im new too this group my GP gave me Fenbid gel for arthritis in my fingers they are red and swollen, i also have arthritis in my ankle and knees but also i'm very stuff in my legs and back i have a curvature of the spine and clubfeet not getting any help from my GP .

I also got some pain gelk called Fenbid Forte 10%gel containing Ibuprofen, and rub in all the parts that normally hurt. It doesn't smell or stain the bed clothes. It's not a cure but helps my get to sleep!

My GP has referred me for XRays on my hands, and in the meantime I’ve been give a prescription for Fenbid Gel. Is anyone else on this forum using Fenbid, and has it eased your pain in any way?

Just wondering if anyone knows of any alternative to Fenbid or anyone who has also had this problem? Hes been told he can have 1 paracetamol very occasionally. Hes got a telephone appointment with his gastroenterologist next week.

Is there any good advice on what to use for pain relief,i take tapentodol 200mg per day was on 300mg but i have had my teeth coming out as a result in taking these so being weened off them also use fenbid 10% gel but nothing i take or use doesnt work,so tired as a result not sleeping as im in to much

I have tried fenbid gel this morning but after an hour it has worn off. Can anyone suggest ways to relieve the pain for longer please?

The pain in my knees is still here, but Fenbid seemed to do a lot of work last night. My shoulder "pain" is reducing, now I need to find a way to lower my right shoulder, the way I sit, not my shoulder itself.

I then had to go to see my GP and was given some Morphine, fenbid forte gel (ibuprofen) & another medical note for two weeks. He wants me to see a phsiotherapist too. I am now starting to get worried about my job as I don't want to leave my current work place as its a homely atmosphere.

For the time being, I am taking Paracetamol, Fenbid gel to put on my painful chest. I think it's all these new exercises blowing in my flute and the new positions that have developed this pain. So I am rather tired.
