Does anyone have lips and head twitching it just happens all the time

Been and seen several drs neurologist in England and America

Plus the lupus dr rheumatologist they all keep saying it’s the lupus or fibromyalgia

Worried and stressed m I imagining it !?

Heu i put a post up asking the same thing the other day x i get tinglingin my lups can be quite painful at times my legs twitch and my body all over does i hope this helps xx

Hi I have a almost constant twitch in my left eye and the whole of the left side of my face. This was the start of my fibromyalgia, about 5 years ago. It continues to get worse, my face is swollen, my eye droops, I have headaches in that side only, it stops me sleeping and wakes me up. I bite the inside of my mouth and tongue causing ulcers and dribble out of the left side of my face. I have had doctors ask when I had my stroke, or when did I have Bells Palsy. I have never had either. It is by far the worst symptom of fibromyalgia that you can have. No doctor has suggested anything to help. I send you a hug as I know how awful it really is. X

Yes I get twitches in my head and my lips and pretty much all over. Like you I’ve had investigations.

Tingly (mainly in lips). Kinda feels like anaesthetic is wearing off after dental work. Slightly numb and tingly. I would not say a ‘twitch’ exactly— I mean I don’t think there’s any movement anybody could see; just a sensation that I can feel.

I also get a vibrating feeling in my face and sometimes my chest or torso. It feels so real I instinctively put my hand to the spot to touch it but it stops when I move. This usually happens when I’m asleep and the vibrating sensation awakens me.

I had a twitch in my face around my eyes for 4 years. I put it down to fibro until someone told me to try liquid magnesium (Karma rub). It stopped almost immediately after a couple of applications. Might be worth a try?
