fibro and cleaning wiped me out for days

I had a energy boost 2 weeks ago (like a comet - dont often see) so I decided to tackle the dining room And steam clean it (last clean out was Christmas) Bg mistake !!! Not only did my body give up on me 2 hours later - the cleaning products must have poisoned my entire being - as I ended up with headache that turned into a migraine that continued for 4 days and had to have GP consultation with meds on the 4th day. I've never felt this weak from cleaning the house, I was completely wiped out and weakened for almost 2 weeks. I will be changing bleach cleaning products to more eco friendly ones because I am now 100% aware my body system shuts down when I inhale chemicals - this has happened too often for me to ignore. My apologies for the delay in responding to you lovely people that reached out to my first post as a new member a few weeks ago, just refueling my energy levels to tackle life again - big hugs xx

Oh dear yes I bet you made the most of feeling like you could tackle anything but then hey ho comes the flare and you pay for it that way. Yes cleaning products I did use a well known brand It made me gag so no more, think ego friendly is a good way to go, we are definitely being made aware of what plastic does in the seas/oceans for wildlife, a lot of people are making their own products as well, lemon juice, vinegar, bar carbonate soda etc , I have been giving this ago .I hope you bounce back slowly take lots of mini breaks in between the household chores xx
