hello everyone have not been on for a while wondered how every one was. shall catch up with posts, l have been in quite a dark place with pain. 10 days to go for my new wrist hope that will help. also having counceling now. when we are in constant pain and need pain relief 24/7 it is quite a problem knowing what pain meds to take. All the side effects ect. And have tried no pain relief, but as we all know with real constant pain you cannot have a life. Oh well we have to survive best we can I guess.

Hi uggy

😊🌿🌸🦋🙏

Sooo glad to hear from you again dear.

Sorry about the dark place you’re in; I understand completely as I cannot take pain meds and in pain 24/7 myself. Yes existing not living life. The alternative is death and existing is better than that.

Glad to hear your surgery is soon. I’ve just said a special prayer for you dear. Keep up your spirits and when you can give us an update on how you’re doing.

Take care friend and best wishes and abundant blessings.

Luv ya EJ

😊🌿🌸🦋🙏🤗💗😘😇🕊🌿🌹

Hi uggy been wondering where all the familar faces have disappeared to. Think there must be a cruise liner somewhere packed full of them having a party having forgotten to invite the rest of us ;)

Countdown begins for your new wrist, do hope it helps. Don't think the miserable weather at the moment helps either. I know my joints hate the damp, cold days. We were all given a glipse of spring a week or so ago and now it's just a faded memory :( Hopefully the sun will peek out soon and lift our spirits. Take care Uggy - chin up

Hi good luck on your op hope it all goes well and helps you to feel a it better, this windy cold wet weather does not help any of us, we were all fooled into thinking that spring had arrived early like Dinkie said, no wonder we are all called fibro warriors having to fight the pain and all that goes with this illness, shall say a pray for you & let us know how you get on Love & Hugs Xx
