Hi Windwalker71😊🌸🌿
You can have bursitis tendonitis
A spur/burr rotator cuff tears sprain/strain arthritis to mention a few.
Best to see an Orthopedic/shoulder or rheumatologist Doctor. Depending on the diagnosis you may need meds or therapy or surgery or all of the above.
I have even had 2years of Prolotherapy multiple injections into the injured areas to help them heal (countless micro tears) to prevent surgery.
The sooner a diagnosis is given and therapy is started the better the outcome.
I hope you get it sorted. Best wishes.

A very good reply from honeybug, when you say ER are you in America as we tend to say A and E here in England, I know you have a different way for receiving medical treatment but have you a local doctor that can refer you to the right help ? I hope so get well soon
Hi sweetie 😊🌸🌿🦋
Yes dear I’m in America. ER Iis our Emergency Room for severe serious critical and deadly conditions.
Our system is totally different than yours at the moment ( no telling where it will be with the current jerk sitting in the drivers seat). Depending on our insurance coverage we have
Primary care physicians and they do the general care and any other they might specialize in too. Ours is fantastic he really cares about us. We can choose a doctor for specialized treatments/surgeries/therapy etc. Sometimes I get the wrong doctor and have been treated inhumanly...but choose to stick with it which works out in the end.
Thank you sweetie for your get well wishes and I say the same to you too dear.
Take care and bless you.

Hi I see you use "ER" are you in UK? I had whats called calcific tendonitis in both shoulders, it became so bad an orthopaedic surgeon agreed to inject it with a strong steroid called kenalog, so far its worked well, basically there becomes a patch of calcium outside your joint and it sticks and sets hard thus causing pain in the joint and tendons.I have had kenalog in various places for pain, I find it works and lasts loner than anything else but its only available via prescription here.
me too - calcific tendonitis is the pits! My GP won't refer for treatment - it will apparently resolve itself after 5-10 years My chiropractor has been helping a bit with massage and gentle manipulation. I'm thinking about paying for the injections privately. We just don't need additional pain on top of the fibro. Took me ages to actually see the GP as I was convinced it was just another symptom of fibro.
That sucks Dinkie no gp has the right to refuse you treatment, many are penny pinching at the moment and being dictated to about what they can spend money on.. Ask at your reception of any other gp,x can inject a shoulder.. IN the past i had a frozen shoulder which was injected with the same product to good effect.you could go to A&E as a last resort and say yo,ve hurt your shoulder, they will xray it and discover the problem, then ask them about an injection, they will refer you to the orthopod just as your gp should do.
Im never one to make a fuss but it is so painful. Can't lift arm, certainly getting dressed/undressed is almost impossible. Bought some front fastening bras - well that didn't work either as I can't put my arms back either to put it on. I think before long I am going to have to get something done - seems I need to have another meltdown in the surgery or on the phone. That's the only way to get a reaction at my surgery. Worked for a referral to Guy's hospital fibro clinic after another patient told me that's what she did. Awful that we have to go to such lengths to get what we actually need.
Sooo sorry sweetie. Here in the USA 🇺🇸 if we ranted so we’d be arrested. Seems like every town police force has rogue cops that will kill due to anxiety over terrorism or grudges.
I’ve been defeated so much in my medical past history I just came home and cried.
It’s a shame you can’t talk with sincerity and be treated appropriately. I wish you the best in getting it all sorted dear.
Love you 💗xxx

Hi I am sorry to hear this it is a very painful condition. My suggestion is to see a orthopaedic surgeon specialising in shoulders. I am in UK so only know of ones who practise over here. The surgeon can remove the calcium deposit/spur if thats what is causing the problem. Have u had an MRI scan or USS of yr shoulder?
Sometimes they recommend physical therapy...but you have to be VERY careful.
It resolved mine a little bit...but I can hurt myself just by rolling over in bed. 🤔😧😡
