I appear to be getting pains in my fingers again since I stopped rubbing capsicium cream on my arms.🤔🤔

Hi there, I don't wish to sound flippant. But maybe the answer would be to start using the cream again ?

I think it is because they have bn out of stock for almost 2 years if am not mistaken. I don’t know if they have just stopped making them or UK has stopped ordering them.
