My whole body hurts . My legs have even started to hurt too finding this so hard to deal with an feel like doctors just guess what I’ve got an don’t care x

healthunlocked.com/fibromya..., hi there being in pain is not very nice but many of us can relate to you, feeling frustrated when you feel you are not being taken seriously , or even a lack of understanding from a gp , has your doctor diagnosed you with fibro ?? or referred you to a rheumatologist . I did change doctors at my surgery eventually and the current doctor I see eventually gave me a diagnosis , was totally on board with this condition and very clued up .ive posted a link above if you would like to lock your posts as this will give you more privacy and only our community can see and not open to other site engines on the internet . Thankyou! My gp thinks it is Fibro an I’ve asked to see a rheumatologist but she said she doesn’t think it’s necessary which is annoying me as I’m scared I could have something like cancer or something! I had my bloods done the other week which came back fine but she sent me for more today . Just fed up of feeling this way an I’m getting worse xx

Morning, if when 2nd bloods are done and they come back clear again then ask he/she to make a decision as I think is not the answer you need on your medical records, it might well be ordering some bloods for you the doctor just wants to be clear before making a decision, for me personally my doctor diagnosed me and I never went to a rheumatologist but I know a lot of members have been sent to one for clarification.hopefully this is the case but if this does not happen ask to see a different doctor. Try not to worry I think we do think if it’s other things going on but hopefully you will get some answers very soon, take care xx

Thanks so much I really appreciate you replying to me ! Yeah I’ll see how these bloods come back . I just get worried if they could be missing something serious which stresses me out /: I’ve asked to be referred to a rheumatologist but she said she doesn’t think it’s necessary as my last bloods didn’t show inflammation xx

That’s why it’s good to chat , I’m pretty sure my bloods showed no imflamatiom but still diagnosed, doctor applied a little pressure on certain parts of my body and I reacted quite quickly, bloods tests were clear each time and in general looked at my symtoms diagnosed me after 6 months, saying that previous doctor I was with for years didn’t even think to test me for fibro at the time I was not aware what it was that I was experiencing and yes I got very anxious and down, but now I’m on a duloxtene tab once a day which has a sedative and supposed to help with fibro, this was my 3rd attempt in getting something that worked, my anxiety is down to nothing mostly now, everybody is different and this works for me, I read a lot of posts where different meds suit one person and not another so very trial and error I think. Easy to say try not too worry but hope these bloods tests are done very soon and gp will make a decision, like I say ask to see another doctor if your not happy. One doctor got to the bottom of my problems , one didn’t and yet both from the same surgery. Xx

Thankyou ! Yeah I will see what my bloods come back like ! I’ve also got a chest X-ray booked for tomorrow too so I’ll see how that goes . Yeah I think I need to book with a different doctor xxz

If youre feeling like they not giving you best care I think you should find another doctor whos going look at your condition. Because like you said you don't know what the problem going with your body. Its scary but keep at doctor until they can solve your problem and take care of yourself and keep me updated if u wish
