I’m aware!

Hi all, I personally don’t have fibromyalgia but my mum does, I’ve seen her go from walking around London to in pain just sitting on the sofa , cutting her work days shorts and just not being able to do the general things she used to. It’s been mentally hard seeing that

Nice to know everyone here understands, I’m currently starting run for personal reasons but at some point would like to run and raise money for a fibromyalgia charity

Hope everyone has a good day

Natt 😊

Walking around London? Your Mum is fitter than me I struggle to walk from my car to the [pharmacy door since my hydro weeks stopped. Ask you mum if she has thought about hydrotherapy..it really strengthens your legs muscles, its not a swimming pool, its 32 degrees of water and a programme of excercise to suit each persons needs are given under supervision

Ahh she ain’t no more, can just about make it 5 minutes around the corner to the shops now! I’ll pass that onto her, think anything to help her relieve the pain

I did too when she was alive. Her greatest gift to me was love and that's all I could give to her and care for as she did me
