I can usually tell what mines going to be like for the rest of the day by how I wake up. If I start with a bad one days prob a non starter :(

hi , i suffer with blinding headaches to the point i cant see properly and i can also wake up with a headache , im not sure about tingling in my nose but i have noticed that it gets unbearably cold sometimes ,

I have almost a constant headache varying in pain levels. A dry mouth which feels like a sore throat too. I feel that I am getting a cold all the time, but I don't actually get one. Constant sniffles, dry throat, heavy head feeling. I wake up with a headache every day. My nose gets cold too.

it may be worth checking this out - I began a new symptom recently that wouldn't go away - burning tongue.

My GP took it seriously enough and we discussed it could be diabetes, vitamin b12 deficiency or menopause or something else or nothing serious that we couldn't identify. Had a blood test (+fasting glucose one) and it turned out nothing turned up so it could just be in the nothing that could be identified but not worth worrying about category.
