Increased flare ups this Summer?

I was wondering if any other Fibromites suffered an increase in flare ups this Summer [2018] compared to previous years due to the increased humidity? I certainly did. It was horrendous. How did you cope?

I always dread summer as I'm heat sensitive .its been like it for about 10 years now. I'm so much better in the autumn and winter. I've got various fans around the house and in my bag and windows open at night. My poor hubby doesn't like the cold so we've decided to sleep in separate rooms.dont like it but it's the only way we can cope x

Hi yes I had a very painful summer use I did good in the warm weather the cold was always hard for me I am not looking forward to this winter hope everyone is feeling better today

I really struggled this summer as well normally for me summer is the best and I thrive but this year I couldn't deal with the sun or the heat and seemed to be in a constant flare I cannot bear the cold it hurts so much for me seems this year so much more triggers it so it seems never ending xx

I found it heat helped with the pain but if it got too hot and humid then I had really bad fatigue 😀😀
