Prep for coming winter

Hi guys, I know it's a bit early to talk about winter when we still have some lovely weather, but I thought I'll just tell how I coped last winter 🐱 I started by looking at interesting hobbies and crafts I can do indoors to keep my creative side busy, loaded up on all my favourite authors's books, get all those snuggly, soft throws and shawls out and surround myself with all the little memoirs, keepsakes and photos out to remind me of all the lovely people I've met and great times I've had. Another thing that really helped to boost my spirit during the gloomy dark days, which helped with muscle aches and vitamin D levels was a few minutes a week on a sunbed. This has been advised by my specialist nurse and It works a treat!
