Hi

Have you had a change /dosage of meds recently? Another pointer is check what you are eating, too much sweet stuff gives you spikes. Drink lots of water if you are dehydrated then tiredness can result. I eat quite a lot of fresh fruit it seems to help sometimes.

If you are not sleeping as much as normal then so a quick check on when you eat your last food before trying to get to bed.

Hi there, Get GP to check you b12 levels, drink loads of water and rest as much as you can. lay down with some gentle music, close your eyes and take an hour out, even 20 mins will help. hope this helps. gentle hugs
