I find it hard to walk far or stand for long but haven't heard of spinal stenosis. What is it?

Sorry to hear you are in such pain

Hi doodle girl it's narrowing of the spine crushing the nerves inside. I am 71 and had big problems with spine since I was about45 lumber sponderlitus and cervical sponderlitus. Plus had to have disrectomy on spine. Do hope you not got it. But go docters ask for Mir scan to see what's wrong. I know what you going through god bless

My husband has spinal stenosis , he had a spinal operation in 2003 to enlarge the spinal column he has good days and bad days so between that and my Fybromyalgia we are a right pair. Sending hugs 🤗

Hi shenni I was told they could not do anything unless bowel and waterworks stopped working then they would do emergency opperation. That's what the doctor said. I now can not walk to far as it's affecting legs. feet feel numb and excruciating pain in leg and left side and pain killers don't work. Any advice Will be appreciated. Sending hugs. I also suffer with fibro. So my thoughts are with you too.
