Been away for a while, now I need your help.

Hi Everyone. It is lovely to meet you all again. I'm Charlotte and I've suffered from Fibromyalgia for nearly 8 years (though I did not know it was that until two years ago) I posted a few times on this site but since have just been a reader. Now I am trying to be proactive and I am working to try and raise awareness of Chronic Pain and educate people about it. At the moment the form that is taking is that I want to hear from as many people and fellow sufferers as possible. To get your stories and opinions and guidance on what you think about Chronic Pain and the surrounding issues. Of course any comments on this are incredibly welcome but I would also really like as many responses to my two surveys as possible (links below). I would also love it if you could share it with the people in your life - friends, family, colleagues. It should only take a few minutes of your time. I hope you can do this for me.
