So I went back to see my GP last week as my pain was worse and she has decided to second guess my fibromyalgia as she believes you do not get swelling with fibromyalgia
Now I have done my research but I would be very keen to have your in put. Do you get swelling??

Hi
Thanks for your reply but why will it be a nightmare??
Oh phew I thought you meant it was going to be a nightmare with a rheumatologist. I was about to go into panic mode.
I get swelling around my painful joints but some days I have generalised oedema. Even my face is puffy. It’s dreadful 😩
my immflamation rate is 73. my g.p. told me fibro doesn't cause immflamation. he mentioned polymialgia then said I was too young. I have been put on a course of steroids for 2 months to see if they help at all as had a lip biopsy which came back inconclusive for sjogrens disease. they have helped a bit as not so stiff first thing in the morning and also managed to do a couple of little jobs in the bungalow muscle aches, fatigue no different. as soon as I do something though my body suffers afterwards but been nice wanting to do a little something as not felt like doing anything but sleep. sorry, I do go on. xx
