Embarrassing but had to laugh

Had a shower and got in fine, when I went to get out the pain was horrendous so I had to ask my mum to help me out and put my hair in a bobble I've never felt so embarrassed but I had to laugh we were both dying 😂😭sometimes you have to see the good in the bad, yes I needed help and I was in pain but I got a laugh out of it and It lifted me up a bit 😂

you reminded me of my hubby & i as he had almost 2 years of chronic sciatic pain which left him unable to walk at one point. anyway i had to undress, bathe him then dress him for some months until his spine operation. he was embarrassed, but like you say humor takes over & somehow he accepted my help when we both giggled and threw soap suds at each other like kids! x
