Hi. Been a long time since I have been on here. I need a friendly chat

Hallo sorry to hear that you are feeling so low and exhausted. I don't know where you live but I must admit this constant hot weather is pushing many of us to our limits. I don't know about you but any extreme heat or cold seems to affect my muscles and joints badly and presume you are the same. All I did for tea was salad and some garlic bread and feel as though I have run a marathon. Are you managing to get to sleep or is the heat and pain stopping you?x

This heat is horrible for me I can’t sleep I’m tossing and turning all night x

And I’m exhausted more and I feel like my fibromyalgia getting worse xx

Sorry to hear you are feeling low. Do you find your pain less in the heat? My fatigue has been awful. Always good to chat to others who understand 😀😀

Yes I’m taking that too. I find it helps the pain and sometimes sleep. How much is your dose? xx

I’m more sleepy in the mornings I feel like a zombie with them tablets. Xx it 5mg

How long have you been taking it for? It can take a while to work. I started on 10mg but am now on 20 mg xx

Hi Hayley, first I want to give you a hug 🤗💕🦋🌸🌿😊I’m sorry you are feel so exhausted and low. It is so common to feel this way having fibro and company (all those other diseases and illnesses that go along with it). My hubby was singing 🎤 the pee pee song he made up and my trend of thought 💭 gone! Just another frustrating part fibro fog. I sure hope you are able to get a goodnight’s sleep 🛏 and rest. Hugs 🤗💕🦋🌸🌿

Hi I'm taking amitriptyline and currently on 40mg before bed. Go upped it because I was having so little sleep. It seems to be working at the moment but that is how it has been since I started taking it. It seems to work at helping me sleep for a few weeks but then I seem to go back to not sleeping.
