Hi everyone new member recently been told by my GP that I have to wait while I've seen the orthopedic surgeon for my back problems before been referred to a rheumatologist to diagnose that I have fibromyalgia even though she has advised she's 99 per cent sure it is. I have really bad joint pain cramping restless leg syndrome, fatigue IBS I've now also been experiencing jolts in my body like electric shocks. I already take the zormorph gabapentin and amitriptyline and oremorph when the pain gets to bad. Is there any herbal remedies anyone has tried just for some relief as I've been on strong pain killers for over 20 years due to disc problems in upper and lower back. Can anyone advise. Appreciate any info.

Hi it's sounds like you are in a lot of pain,so take ginger capsules and turmeric helps with joint pain and aching muscles, I also take colon cleanse 1 a day as I find gebapentin makes Me constipated, all from Holland and barrett hope this helps you x

If you have a celery stick each day I was told that this will help reduce the pain , I haven’t used this method personally as it doesn’t agree with me and I look like I’m 9 months pregnant and in lots of pain but it really helped the man who advised me of it hope you feel better soon 💐💝❤️
