Disturbed and broken sleep...

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get my body waking up every night, twice at the same blooming time...1.30am and 4.30 am. It's driving me insane xx

I've been wake since 4.30. Tired but not able to sleep. I'm worn out but unable to have a full night. X

I find amitriptyline 10 mg helps to keep me asleep a while longer ie maybe 3 hours rather than 2. I wake up every night needing the toilet, twice a night. It is tiring but as I say, the amitriptyline seems to quieten things for just a tad longer.

I take mirtazipine to help me sleep .i still wake every two hrs and hav to force my self to stay in bed .im up at 5 even in winter i need a miracle .hopefully you may find somethin to help
