Fingertips.

Hi all. A few weeks ago, I had pain in my fingers and eventually was told it was chillblains. I was in a lot of pain. The past couple of days, I have felt this sensation again in my fingertips on my left hand again. My left side is my worst side. I wondered if anyone else has experienced this. It's a strange pain but also itches a bit every now and again aswell.

I used to have terrible chilblains in my feet as a teenager. I couldn't wear shoes as my toes were so swollen and itchy.

I found that body shop peppermint foot lotion was brilliant for taking away the itching. Not sure if they still do it as it was a lot of years ago.

Recommended it to guys who worked outdoors and got it on their ears and it worked for them too.

Why would it flare up in the summer? I thought it was just winter time you would get them. never had them until a few weeks ago. very odd. x
