Hi everyone I've spent long reading posts and decided to join I have had fibro for about 15 years with every symptom imaginable that seems to get worse over the years,feel like I need support from people that get what I mean and not just sympathy from people who do not understand

I hear what you say about it getting worse over the years. They say Fibro is not progressive but after having it for 30+ years I'm still to be convinced of that.

Thank you for the reply I am defo making the most of the weather before back to work tomorrow ha ha ha it actually helps with pain problem is I have allergies to the sun since fibro amongst many others hope u are enjoying it too

You definitely have come to the right place as we all understand chronic pain, physical and or mental and what it does to one's body, mind and soul.
