Hi seren, yes I have this feeling too. My body feels so heavy, it is horrible. Im not even overweight, but it is an effort to lift my legs.

Take care of yourself

Hi, I totally understand the heavy feeling, sometimes it feels like someone has placed heavy weights on my shoulders, congratulations on your weight loss!!. People say "oh you will feel so much better if you lose weight", but I have also tried losing weight (12kg since November) and my body actually feels weaker and more exhausted. I still need to lose another 6kg to get out of the overweight category, maybe that little bit e extra may make all the difference !! (I can live in hope) sometimes I feel I have to sit down before I fall down.

I think the weight has help well I look better or have I got rose tinted glasses on lol good luck on losing the rest of your weight xx

Yes seren1970 my legs feel like this esp at night, for the past 4 weeks I havt had my weekly hydrotherapy which does help to keep my legs moving, I had a minor breast surgery that became infected and had to canx my session until mid May, I just cant wait to get back..The fatigue around the body comes with fibro flare ups, it will pass so dont push yourself just pace daily, do you work hun?
