My shoulder is very painful it’s just suddenly become very sore in the last 2 hours or so , it feels very much like what I had a couple of years back (frozen shoulder) omg I hope it’s not as it wasn’t very nice had to get injections last time also my insides feel all sore , 🤷‍♀️

Hi Jackie, it may be muscle spasms. I get them a lot and they can be agony. I hope it eases up. I get hubby to rub it gently for a short while then put a warm bottle on it. Fortunately the only medication I can tolerate is a muscle relaxant so will take one of them. I do hope you feel better soon xx

Hi Jackie, if it gets too bad maybe you should call the out of hours GP number. Not everything is fibro as we all know. Please keep us updated and I do hope it settles down soon xx

I had one frozen shoulder followed by the other prior to fibro and now I often get symptoms I call the “shark bite” in my left hand shoulder and neck area which radiates into my torso giving stomach pain. I have tried everything but the best thing for the pain is a hot bath followed by hot and cold packs - and yes, the idea leaves me cold at the time too, but, if it’s muscle spasms, it works! Use ibuprofen gel to reduce surface inflammation. It’s worth a go! but as Dizzytwo says if it gets too bad get GPs advice. Please take good care of yourself xx

That was my first symptom. It was so bad had 2 steroid injections, liquid morphine and Tramadol. Because I felt so sick and very tired I wasn’t eating I ended up having a blood transfusion! If I was you I’d try to get it injected as soon as possible before it gets any worse Hope you get some treatment soon
