Without getting a chest infection or a cold for the first time in years.
Woke up yesterday morning with one hell of a cold and a chesty cough. Body can’t decide if it’s hot or cold. Nose wants to run a marathon. Eyes are streaming. Chest sounds like an angry dog. Marvellous.

Strange my friend has COPD and usually has so many infections during the winter but this year has been her best and niwnshe is really ill with a chest infection. Probably th same bug as you. Take care of yourself.x
Today, a really weird thing happened to me. I was sat at the dinner table having dinner with my family when I had an almighty severe pain in my ring finger. It swelled immediately, I had to remove my ring immediately and my finger has contracted and is now black and blue. I have got arthritis in my fingers but not experienced this so bad before.
Crikey, that sounds really scary and uncomfortable. Are you able to get to an out of hours doctors to get that checked out? I’ve never heard of a swelling occurring out of the blue and so quickly like that before. Really hope you’re okay xx
Thank you. I went to see a GP at the out of hours surgery and he said it can be a sign of high blood pressure and mine was fine, as always. I have got psoriatic arthritis, I don't know if it's something to do with that.
As far as my body can’t decide if it is hot or cold I have hot flashes to blame for that. Eyes 👀 dry and irritated, nosy runs after I eat as far as those other symptoms nope don’t have them. Even throu I have too many diagnosis to list I don’t catch colds very easily vit.C boost my immune system to fight it off. If I start to feel sick I take a vit.C and that knocks it out 99% of the time. It sucks to be sick. I’m sorry you are feeling bad. 🙏💕🌹
