Well I got my pip letter this morning telling me I didn’t get it 😞I got 10 points in total. When I read through it there is so much information not there that was discussed at my assessment 🙄. Now onto appeal the decision.
Hope everyone has a nice Easter 🐣 xx

I’m so sorry you didn’t get what you truly deserved Hun. I wish you loads of luck with your appeal and I’m keeping everything crossed that you get the benefit. Take care, try not to let it get you down and love and hugs xx🤗🤗
I am sorry to hear that you didn't get what you deserve, it just doesn't seem right. Don't give up hun. I might be joining you, I still haven't heard anything. Have a lovely Easter .
So sorry jilly most of us have had to go through this arduous process, the good news is that roughly 3/4 of appeals are won, which goes to show how flawed the whole system is. You will have to apply for a mandatory consideration before being allowed to start the appeal process, thes usually make no difference but someone has to get a result ! Find someone to represent you at the appeal, welfare rights, CAB, local housing offices, disability charities all have people to help you through the process. All the best
I was not awarded Daily Living but on appeal got the enhanced rate. I used the Benefits and Work appeal guides and they were fantastic. Worth every penny. I recommend them to you.
Get a copy of the assessor’s report and challenge every part that is wrong. Do not be rude about it though. Use words like errors, omissions, mistakes and suggest perhaps you were muddled up with someone else they saw on the same day.
