Hi all anyonehad difficulties walking hen getting out of bed or when gettingoutof a chair thtsbeen reclined ? Also hands wl thays the thing cant do anything with hands it feels like someone has blown them up, cant make a fist or anything. Ok hers the thing had x rays and bloods there all come back clear. Whats going on !? 😣. The pain in my feet is excruciating, i know your all thinking go to the dr mmmm well im going to next week get easter out the way. Not feeling very good a all im worrie had shooting pains every now and again in my face not to mention keep falling over my feet arnt mine any more. I itmy Fibromyalgia? I dont know any ore and i dont think the dr does. Maybe its MS but would that have shown in my bloods. Can anyone out there help its getting me down now. Thats without all the otherpain in sine neck shoulders and arms and legs and bum cheeks lol ! No its not funny but im trying not to let it completely drag me down 😭😦. Hope you all out there in the community are doing a bit better and finding the drs helpfull. Hugs Jools X🙁

sorry to hear you are suffering so badly .

i too suffer similar problems that you do, to the point i don't even bother sleeping in my bed anymore i just cant handle the pain and stiffness from trying to sleep in bed. i too suffer horrendous feet pain when i get up from having them elevated from my recliner or even just putting them up on the sofa, they kinda feel like ive dropped something really heavy on them or like they are broken, then after a few hours it dulls down but is always there i have such trouble walking with this problem as i tend to trip over my feet or loose my balance, the pain clinic is going to start me on amitriptyline i'm hoping (fingers crossed) that this will help as its for nerve pain they say.
