is it just ingested anti-inflammatory you cant have?

my wife found me a gel that you rub on that helped my knees and chest, but not a doctor so unsure if this does only affect the localized area sorry.

My pain in legs also been bad. Tramacet ( tramadol and paracetamol but not as strong as tramadol on its own ) helps take the edge off for me. I hope that you find something to give you some relief.

Hi Goldie, lack of magnesium causes a lot of muscular pain, using Epsom salts in the bath(at least a cupful per bath) is best way to control leg pain. If you cannot use bath, you can put salts in a bowl of warm water and soak your feet, the magnesium will be absorbed. You can also use magnesium spray on your legs just before bedtime, all the best.

Hiya toots. Mg spray is the bomb. Get someone to rub it in. Or just spray it on yourself. Magnesium is super for getting you off to sleep well. I get it from H +B.

It's quite dear. Get the sensitive one because it's quite a harsh wee concoction. โ„น (DO NOT GET IT ON A CUT AND DONT USE ON FRESHLY SHORN LIMBS). ๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ’ฅ I mix mine with lavender essential oil and cheap olive oil as it calms it down and is amazing for massages.

Then I get heatpacks on the go. And Ibuprofen gel.

That's it I think. I really hope you can get some relief soon.
