Using Botox for occipital neuralgia

Does anyone have experience with this? I am So tired of this pain starting left side of neck, running up back of had. Over a year now. Have tried multiple options for treatment. None successful. Thanks

As much as it may sound crazy. I started to do yoga in November every other day and since then ive noticed the knots more than previous. I do have to say though the benefits of doing the yoga outweigh the pain from the Fibromyalgia.

I must highlight its only a 10 minute yoga i found on Youtube and j change which one i do each time. Its goven me a boost of confidence and a all over better feeling. I know it wont work for all but its helped it not being a 1 hour video-as the expectation to get through that and be able to manage the day would be frightening alone.

Since being on Pregablin ive noticed my pain more than when i was on Gabapentin.
