Totally agree with you. Mental Health is not taken into consideration at all as it can't be seen. Just because you look ok doesn't mean you aren't suffering inside. They haven't got a damn clue. These people aren't medical people. We all know that.

You’re so right luv people who know me I’m fine with but when others know my health conditions oh they give that shocked look at me like I’m off another planet it’s so embarrassing my son also had a breakdown and was sectioned he’s home now but won’t move outside the door he has a mental health worker she visits now and then and sits and tells me her problems!! Honestly mental anxiety and depression are extremely bad conditions to have but there’s far too many ignorant people out there sad to say hope you’re having a better day hun thank you for your help

Yes I totally agree with you, someone I know of got pip really easy, he hasn’t worked for years and years, nothing wrong with him , he is 60 now , I’m 62 and had fibro since 16 , and got a lot worse over the years spend most time in bed , it just isn’t right

I totally agree I also have friends a husband and wife who have both fooled the system and both have highest rate of both parts of PIP I have known them over 30 years so am not exaggerating about their situation. He has completely redecorated their house and built a 5m x5m log cabin in the garden and fitted it all out with shelves and cubby holes and everything for her to use as a craft room and to teach lessons in crapbooming and card making. Then he built a frame round a jacuzzi. One day I was there and he had just finished doing things and he said to me I just can’t do anything anymore I’m a spastic that upset me so much as I have so many health problems hips, knees, toes, back and very bad hands. Then you see other people being turned down. They even sold there house pocketed over a hundred thousand pound rented somewhere and are now gold band on housing list and will be given a house with off road parking, wet room and anything else they want. The only time they use any sticks or hand braces etc is to go to hospital or drs appointments other than that they use nothing. The system is just so wrong and some people spoil it for the real genuine people who are suffering.
