Hi i am new here.i have fibromyalgia for a year now.and spinal stenosis for 4 years as well as many illnesses.i am here to chat to people with fibromyalgia..i am 50... 4 grown up kids and 11 grand kids 😁

I have had Fibro for 30+years with some spinal stenosis so completely understand and can empathise with you.

Welcome to the forum , wow 11 grandchildren that must keep you well ocuppied, I have 4 my daughter and son have 2 children each ages 1 , 3 , 5 , 8, all boys except the 8 year old so nice to have one granddaughter though . Will look forward to seeing you on the forum xxxx
