Yes - I’m plagued with this Problem. It also moves down the back of my legs. It’s really bad when I’m fatigued as all I want to do is sit on my bottom!

I haven’t found much of a solution to help with this yet. I hope that you have more success and if you have any tips please share. It’s horrible and I really do feel for you. Xx

they are constant, ..Unbearable,..

My sis has this condition, she said Vicks, Rub it on , it helped for a wee while , tried the round cushon and all the pain relief

it wont budge

Arrhhhhh

Yes OI have had it and have to take the following steps.

1. Wash the area using a bland soap , rinse thoroughly then dry thoroughly.

3. My GP prescribed hydrocortisone cream to reduce the inflammation I applied some very sparingly , rub well in until absorbed using a tissue.

Wash your hands, do not touch your face because hydrocortisone cream can cause redness of the face.

Keep the area dry as perspiration and heat makes it worse.

I lost some weight and this helped a lot.

Take care

Morning I wonder if your surgery can give you an appointment with the practice nurse or information over the phone to steer you in the right direction so you know what you are using is suitable for you. Hope this gets sorted very soon as must be unbearable for you xxx

Yes I sometimes get that just as though it has been scalded but when I look can see no redness. I put it down to the joys of fibro. If your go says anything different and gives you something to help please let us know.x

That bit is good at the moment thanks. It tends to come and go no rhyme or reason with it. Very similar to the burning sensation I often get in calves and thighs but more difficult I find with the last we sit on.x

On the Arthritis Foundation website they list 12 of the foods or food groups that can cause inflammation and sometimes just cutting these down can help. Sugar seems to be a big no and monsodium glutamate which is used as a flavour enhancer in many foods can wreck havoc in some people. My last GP tried me on iron tablets as he said sometimes lack of murine can cause the burning sensation but unfortunately not didn't work for me.x
