Burning sensation

Hi all 😊

Is it just me or is anyone else suffering from painful burning hips? I feel like my pelvis is on fire!! 😢

I can relate to that. Have suffered in past. No position seems to give relief although resting with pillow between legs to keep hips open helped a little as did Bio Freeze to help take the heat out. Other than that sorry got nothing to offer to help. Perhaps someone else will have some ideas. Hopefully it won't last too long. Blooming fibro throws so many different symptoms at us !

Hi the only thing I have found is a pillow between knees at night and ice pack over hip joint throughout the day .

Hi rally73, I get the burning hips too, and in the shoulders , it's such a horrible sensation isn't it x
