Second night

Hi everyone, well no sleep again with the fribo my legs are both really hurting me also my neck and shoulders I have a very bad headache it's terrible banging really bad taken painkillers not working again.... I'm so fed up with the pain I can't even stand up the pain underneath my feet is horrible.... I've had no sleep for two nights I'm not comfortable lieing down can't get comfortable can't put my head on my pillow... I'm not coping with the stress this is causing me.... I just wish that some of the pain would go away now and give me a night's sleep.

Hi bob spoke to u other night I'm still same also feel like cutting my legs off. I've had about 5 hours from Wednesday my sis has took my wee 1 as I'm just a wreck so sore n tierd keep greeting feeling sorry for myself just want a sleep. Hopefully tonite the pain will ease for you n ul get a decent sleep. Take care xx

Hi dannyxox yes we did speak a few nights ago and I am still feeling like a wreck I hope that we both have a pain free night tonight and get some sleep we both need it my feet are still hurting like mad I have fallen arches and flat feet making it terrible been to see a new consultant about the problem and she is going to do some testing then operate by breaking my feet first and making an instep in both feet but I'm a bit worried about the operation well that's me I hope that you are able to have a good night's sleep tonight take care of yourself

Know that feeling those fibro headaches can carry on for days and then as suddenly as they appear they disappear. Sounds like you are struggling through a flare. I always try to say to myself when this happens "I have been here before and got through it hang on in there" but I know it is easier said than done when you are sleepless for the third night in a row. Hope it starts to ease soon for you.x

Evening pretty rotten being in pain at the best of times and then no sleep, could your doctor help with medication until you have your operation?? And yes it's natural to feel worried but I'm hoping eventually you will be pain free with your feet , I hope the testing is done very soon and consultant will get operation booked in for you. Keep us posted how you get on really hoping you get some zzzzzzz. Hi yasmintina thanks for your reply I'm hoping to get some zzzzzz tonight but no my GP can't give me anything to help me sleep because I also suffer from five different types of epilepsy so he can't Incase I have a fit in know it's horrible for me but I just have to live life the best way I can take care of yourself
