Hi everybody thank you so much for all the supportive replies to my post I've tried replying but there is so many I thought I would thank everyone all together and to say I feel so ride but I lost the link to this group and only just found it again couldn't have come at a better time really I have a viral infection that turned into plursey and returned both 10 times worse just what u want before Christmas.
