Only returned my PIP form to DWP about 10 days ago and today received a phone call offering me an appointment for an assessment today. I assume they must have had a cancellation. Unfortunately I had to decline as had a doc appointment to attend. Due to various forthcoming hospital appointments I have accepted the 2nd January for my PIP assessment.
I assume the assessment will be about how my health effects me and dare say will have to have a medical also.
What I have found suprissing was how quick the appointment came through. Will keep you updated once the assessment is over.
