I'm new to this forum hello . I had a gallbladder infection last month after it seemed a stone had blocked my duct and because I thought it was a bad 'stomach bug' , after 4 days I was admitted to hospital had a barrage of x rays ,MRI ultrasound et al putting me on the 'urgent ' surgery list .I have been admitted twice and been on anti biotics and metaclopramide for 3 weeks since . I already had bad athritis before all this taking MST for the pain and high blood pressure .Depression follows this too. The admittin doctor laughed when I said Graves disease resuting in a thyroidectomy 7 years ago ruined my health but this is True ! Does this sum up anyone else's health ?

Gallbladder problems *********!
Good morning I see you joined our group back in April. May I ask do you suffer with Fibromyalgia? I was just wondering if you was on the right forum as you have given us no information. I hope you have a nice day.

Hi hun- yes I sympathise with you, Ive too have had one thing after another this year! Apart from fibro (which I keep under reasonable control with hydro) I developed cocxydenia, for which i am waiting to see Spinal Man (pain clinic refused to inject with pain relief) I developed calcium crystal deposits on one shoulder which an Orthopod sorted for me-so far so good, and now I need to go to a Uro-Gynae doc as I need a Stent into my Urethra I am leaking urine all day long--wearing tena pants at my age is very embarrasing,, heres hoping we both get to 2018 in reasonlable working order!!!
That's interesting as I had half my thyroid removed quite a few years ago as I had a growing lump and I've had my gallbladder out also thanks to stones. My health has definitely declined over recent years ... don't know if there's any link with fibro but who knows?
I too had a stone removed it was very big didn't even know it was there had a back X-ray and it showed up, felt much better when it was removed with keyhole surgery, hope you get appointment very soon and start to feel much better. Welcome to the forum I think you will find it very helpful lots of friendly tips and advice . It normally generates more replies if posts locked as only our community can see them and not open to anyone on the internet here's the link healthunlocked.com/fibromya... take care
