Hand pain

Finding it very difficult to use my tablet tonight. my fingers are so sore and not just the joints either. Even the pads of my fingers are sore. Life is never boring with this as you never gonna know what the next day will bring.

My hands are always bad. They are my worse part. This cold weather isn't helping but I found fingerless gloves usually make it slightly better. Doesn't stop me dropping stuff though and no grip.

Fingers crossed we're ok when write our xmas cards!!!! Xx

I’ve had a lot of problems with my hands in the last year; I am currently being tested for arthritis which might be worth mentioning to your GP as it’s common among fibro sufferers xxx

spider555 when my hands and fingers start like this I have developed my own remedy to ease it- I place my hands in warm water for a few minutes, pat them dry then apply voltarol gel like hand cream, the constant rubbing together and various positions does releive - I do believe ibuprofen gel does the same but i found that greasy and sticky!

I hear what you are saying mistee7 I sometimes struggle to get meds out of blister packs or get the package open, my hands sometimes develop recurring Arthraglia (my brain also develops- forgot to take my pills) I now have my own dossette box that I set up daily-no lids, no blisters, and I can see if Ive fogotten a dose, (by which time my cocyx is telling me it needs relief)
