Good afternoon all

After my fun weekend, went to bed at 9 last night, straight off to sleep, woke at four, up I got, did a few quite bibs and bob's so not to wake anyone, breakfasted showered all ready for work, had half hour to spare before had to leave so Sat down catch up on the news, next thing I know, it was 8.45

Good job I was organised made it into work just on time, never have I fallen asleep in morning b4 work like that, quite worrying

Finished work, walked home, had lunch and had a two hour siesta!!

Roll on my appointment with rheumatologist on 27th. I cannot carry on like this. Is this normal??

You sound very organised and havin the siesta is good I got a crafty one in this afternoon with my grandson and why not us fibros need a recharge. I think that's our story isn't it,get up on a mission to get done then next thing zonk zzzzz think we are all the same go a bit mad then body says nooo. Hope you get on okay with appointment is it 27th of this month soon be here then. Have you had this condition long? it's a case of trying to pace and acceptance it's took me 6mths I don't like it when I come to full stop but I go with the flow a bit more now. Even in my 50's I was a non stop 8/9 hours a day buzzing around but this year that's all changed. Xxx

Hi Yasminta

I have not been diagnosed by rheumatologist yet, my GP is certain it is fibrond and I do seem to tick all the boxes

Joined this forum so I can gen up and know what's what for when I go to appointment which is this month

How lovely to have a nap with grandson, I have four granddaughters 5 and under they lift my heart and keep me going xxx
