Fed up

Morning how are you? This is when I am really fed up of my health. I went to bed early. I slept most of the night but still feel like I haven’t slept! 🙁 sorry having a moan xx

Hello Em08, blimey that's how I feel too...most days. It seems to me that trying to get a good sleep is a thing of the past. You think that going to bed early will give you a good rest, and what happens is the flippin opposite !!.Personally ,I'm better moving around, because once you stop, that's when everything seizes up. Also ,I find it deadly having a cuppa tea after 7[like last night] because once you've finally drifted off, you have to get up and have a wee......or three, during the night. I've been getting so fed up with myself in the night, that I give up, get up, go into the little bedroom [ leaving the other half snoring like a trooper ......SO ANNOYING] and read. So you are not alone feeling rubbish. I don't even think all the mixtures of medications help either. We all keep taking the tablets, but the pain just gets the better of you doesn't it ? When will we get some proper help, maybe something new needs to be developed to give us all some relief. Oh dear, I'm having a right old moan , but sun is shining [sort of] so I will keep smiling , and send you a big hug , and hope the day will improve. luv mandy xx [ Fluff 26]
