-caz have you tried conventional pain relief? There are too many other meds being dished out for fibro and they are just not for everyone..I went down the same road, trying this and that and I stayed with Tramdol with paracetamol. good luck I hope your gp sorts you out.

I also have chronic back pain had op to remove discs scoleosis degenerative vertebrae oesteoarthritis. Its the worse of too evils when it come to pain so doc is trying to get medication that will work for both conditions (fibro), duloxetine is definitely not for me making me an insomniac

Hope you are well

Thats why I was wondering why you dont have conventional pain relief there are hundreds of them, if you,ve got OA and other bone problems, like me you need proper pain relief , I hope you get sorted hun.

Have been on many different Meds but for me Duluxotine was the worst experience of my life. I am at the moment on 40mg of MST twice daily with Tramadol and co coydymol as needed plus oramorph for breakthrough pain. The trouble is I find my body gets used to the painkillers. I am I a lot of pain at the moment but fear approaching GP for being labelled drug seeking. The trouble is once augmentation occours the pain relief stops.

Best wishes
