OK, it's a bit of a weird title - finding joy? lol - but I thought this article made some good points which I hope people will find useful. I hope I'm OK to post this - I didn't see any ads in the article, but admin please remove if it shouldn't be posted here (I found it on another forum on Health Unlocked):

Hi thank you for posting it is a very positive post. I took the liberty to lock your post for you. This may help generate more replies while keeping it safe from the world wide web xx

Hi Dizzytwo - thanks, but I'd prefer it NOT to be locked if you don't mind. I'm happy for anything I post on here to be searchable on the internet. If some of the forums I've found useful hadn't been searchable then I'd never have found some really useful info from them in the past. If I was posting private info that would be different, but a general post like this for all to see is -- well, for all to see. I'll see if I can change it back to "everyone" but if I can't because you've changed it then please change it back for me. Thank you. :-)

It's OK, I've changed it back myself. Sorry to go against the norm here but I can only see the need to make posts closed if they contain private info.
