Just depressed
Could I ask when you last saw your gp.? Have you discussed this episode of depression and do you take pills for it? You can call 111 if you feel so bad you have that right-is it the pain making you feel so bad?
Yes it's the pain morning are the worst at night I can't sleep so I just sit in the recliner can't lay in bed because lying down straight hurts
You and me both. All part of the joys of this condition. Sometimes feels like you'll never come up for air but of course you do, eventually. I wish you a better day tomorrow.

This is not going to help you ,but I feel the same , I'm sure a lot of other people on here do as well comes with the illness am afraid , I don't think a lot of us would be here now if it wasn't that deep down we believe that things will change for us one day ,I know I wouldn't ,, in this day and age you would think that nobody would have to walk around in pain all the time , cos that's what we are all doing ,I Before I got ill myself I would listen to other people and there pains and think oh just take a pill cos that's what I would have done ,never dreamt ed people were in pain and nothing would work for them that's a lot of our problems we can't seemed to find meds that really work for us , but I'm sure one day in the near future we will get them meds that work there is so much talk about this illness now ,when I was told what was wrong with me I'd never herd of it before now it's all over everyone's talking about so I'm sure as I said there's more being done now to try and help us So you hang on in there and we can all one day have a knees up together lots of love. Suzey X ps sorry about spelling another of my disabled trates
I had a very bad weekend last week,
Continued to plod or crawl along slowly, pacing myself, wow never though I would ever be saying that ☺ used to dash about like a mad march hare. Now I listen to my body more, know I need time out just for me, have learnt to say NO, big one for me, only do things that I want to do and make me happy. One step at a time lovely, you are stronger than you think, be kind to yourself, and try to stay positive, big hugs 💖 xx
No I'm not taking anything for depression, it's hard to get my pain meds from doctors. I had received 5 refill for my meds and now I have to wait until next year before I can get anymore. I don't know how much more I can take
hello...fibro does that to you.its intolerable.. seems it is a never ending illness.it grinds you down, hacking away at your morale constantly.it feels like groundhog day everyday.as a sticker I once read said "same sh#t different day."
do go and see your gp regarding it though.maybe you do need 2 have some form of medication for depression,it can get you down.at least you have confided in people on here.who may give other advice.x
Hello Pain55
I am so sorry to read you are feeling so low at the moment and I completely understand how draining living with the myriad of symptoms of Fibromyalgia can be 24/7. It's a very positive step that you have reached out.
Have you considered speaking with your GP again about your feelings? It does sound like the medical professional should be considering offering you more support. Would you be able to maybe make an urgent appointment to discuss your low mood and feelings of depression?
You can always vent your feelings here with us, as the community is full of members who understand. If however you ever feel so distressed the Samaritans are always available 24/7 if you need to talk, please fins link below;

I know many have used Samaritans as a temporary support to get through some tough times, myself included and it can be a cathartic process for many .....
I do hope today is a little better and you feel a bit stronger
Sending strength and kindness to you
