iam having to find out how to go about appealing the tribunals decision . I was treated awful as 3 of them threw questions at me for around an hour , they scored me only 10 points .
I had been on disability for 2 years where I scored 12 . I just don't know how to go about this , as ill as it makes me its the principle of it we just should not be treated like this .
iam so frustrated let them live this for 1 day , they are robots behind a desk !
any information would be most welcome .

never been through it so big hugs to you, my issues is always if we are too disabled to work yet in their eyes not disabled enough to qualify for PIP or other disabled help then were do we fit? they cant just change the gate post without offering another pigeon hole to stick us!
its always terrible going there.from a trusted source they have to get 60 percent of all applicants of the sick nomatter the illness.its shocking what they put you through.just ask information about the appeal process from the citizens advice.
So sorry to hear that it must be so disheartening for yiu. Unfortunately, a Tribunal decision is rarely overturned unless it is because of a point of law. Do have a word with Janet though as she may be aware of a way around it. Let us know how you get on.x
Hi Was your tribunal hearing for esa or pip. You can appeal to upper tier tribunal but only on a point of law. Have you any welfare officer from local disability association who can advise you and help you to go to upper tier tribunal
